š Ingredients (Serves 2ā4):

4 large flat field mushrooms, cleaned and stems removed

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic clove, finely minced š§

Mushroom stems, finely chopped

50g breadcrumbs

40g grated cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, parmesan, or vegan) š§

1 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme, or basil) šæ

Salt & pepper to taste š§

Optional: extra cheese for topping, or a drizzle of balsamic glaze

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Place mushroom caps on a baking tray, drizzle with olive oil, and season lightly with salt and pepper.

In a bowl, mix the chopped stems with garlic, breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spoon the mixture into each mushroom cap and press it down gently.

Bake for 20ā25 minutes, until mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden.
