🥕 Honey Roasted Carrots

Ingredients:

  • 500g carrots (peeled and cut into sticks or rounds)

  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: a pinch of thyme or rosemary

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

  2. Toss carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and herbs (if using).

  3. Spread out on a baking tray in a single layer.

  4. Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tender and caramelized.

  5. Serve warm as a side dish or snack!
